Happy Saturday! We just finished up from dinner not too long ago. Arthur and I are watching some Wallykazam, Chris and “Uncle” Zach are playing guitar, while Gregory is finishing up a bath with his bath bomb to put on his new Mario pajamas. Tacos are probably one of the simplest meals to make, especially with the kids we feed. Gregory is extremely picky to a point of refusing to eat anything other than a tortilla with beef, while Arthur loves to experiment and tries nearly everything I offer to him. He enjoyed a taco salad filled with beef, shredded Mexican cheese, crumbly queso cheese, sour cream, salsa, and taco sauce! What I love the most about this meal is that I can grab everything for around $20. When we have taco night, here’s what my store list looks like: 1. Protein (beef, chicken, etc.) 2. Cheese (shredded Mexican blend of Monterey Jack, cheddar, and crumbly queso cheese) 3. Salsa 4. Sour cream 5. Taco shells (I like to buy a kit from Old El Paso that includes taco seasoning and sauce!) Did you make dinner tonight? If so, I wanna know! Share your recipes!
